Intercultural cooking workshops
Intercultural cooking is a time to cook new recipes together using seasonal ingredients, bringing women from diverse backgrounds together around a meal. They have the opportunity to learn how to cook a dish from a chosen country.
We try to advise them as best we can and inform them about balanced nutrition, their health, and the products best suited to these criteria. We also sometimes give them recipe ideas using the products they receive during food assistance programs.
The dishes are varied, from here and elsewhere; it’s about sharing, networking, and learning in a friendly atmosphere.
