Rose NGO NDJEL has been the Executive Director of Afrique au Féminin since 2008. Her responsibilities include managing daily operations, promoting the organization’s vision, engaging staff and volunteers, ensuring financial and social sustainability, and implementing the strategic plan. As a community leader, she plays a mobilizing role and fosters transparent communication with the Board of Directors and partners. Her primary motivation is to bring joy to immigrant women and better support their integration.
