PAM Project Coordinator – Parents as Multiplier Agents (since 2022)
Baljit Kaur has coordinated the PAM project since 2022. Her responsibilities include leading exploratory visits to the neighbourhood, supporting the recruitment of new participants, coordinating information booths, facilitating community engagement, purchasing materials related to project activities, and writing visit summaries. She believes it is important to empower women from diverse communities to thrive and make a difference in their lives in Montreal.
