Stronger womenMore united communities.
We help immigrant women thrive and find their place – in Parc-Extension and beyond.
Our history
Parc-Extension Women’s Center
Afrique au Féminin is a non-profit organization (NPO), founded in 1986 and incorporated in 1988 by a group of professional women of African origin concerned about the difficulties of social and economic integration of women from their communities into the host society.
Our mission
Afrique au Féminin supports immigrant women in improving their living conditions and integrating them into Quebec.
As the only women’s center in Parc-Extension, we offer a space for welcoming, listening and support to break isolation, promote autonomy and create solidarity bonds between women of all origins.
